Before You Call
How fast will I hear back?
During business hours, usually within a couple of hours — always the same day. If you call after hours, leave a message or text and we'll reach out first thing the next business morning.
Is the quote really free?
Yes — for standard sweeps, inspections, and most repairs, the estimate is free and we quote before any work begins. For complex projects (rebuilds, historic restoration), we'll explain any evaluation costs up front, in plain terms, before you commit to anything.
What are your hours?
We schedule visits Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, and Saturdays from 8am to 2pm. We're closed Sundays. Leave a message or text anytime and we'll get back to you the next business morning.
